All orders will be processed for despatch within 1 - 3 working days upon successful verification.  We currently offer two modes of local delivery (within Singapore) and worldwide shipping via Singpost rates.  

NORMAL MAIL

The cost of normal postage starts from S$1.50.  All normal mails will be despatched to Singpost for mailing.  You can expect parcels via normal mail to reach you in 3-7 working days.  

Please note that this mode of delivery does not offer any form of tracking.  LeChic will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged items mailed out via this mode of delivery.

REGISTERED MAIL (COURIER SERVICE)

All registered mail are being despatched via courier service now.

Registered parcels are at an additional cost of S$2.24 on top of normal postage you pay.  This mode of delivery offers a tracking number.  All registered articles are despatched to Roadbull Courier for mailing.  You may then track your registered parcel here.  The courier service we use is standard next-day delivery service.  You can expect to receive your parcel the next working day AFTER your order has been passed on to the courier.  Do note, next day delivery service means the next day AFTER we pass your parcel to courier, not the next day after the date of your order.

Registered mail is recommended as LeChic will not be held liable for any lost parcels without tracking number.

To obtain your registered article number after receiving shipping notification, please log in to your account on the top right hand side of the page.  After logging in, hover your mouse over My account, a dropdown menu will appear, please select Order History, view under Remarks.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We deliver internationally.  Simply proceed to check out and select your country of residence from the dropdown list, and the international airmail rate would be automatically calculated for you.  All rates are based on Singpost airmail rates.

 

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

We apologise if an incorrect/defective item has been sent to you.  Please email us and we would assist to process the order immediately.
