Returns requests from other selling platforms are strictly not entertained.
Please note that with effect from 1st July 2014, all requests for returns and exchange will be reviewed on a case by case basis and LeChic holds final discretion on whether to grant a return.
Please email us for approval of returns before mailing anything back to us.
We regret to inform that the returns and exchange policy will not apply for sales items/items sold on promotional discounts.
FREE RETURN SERVICES WITHIN 14 DAYS
To qualify for a return/exchange, item(s) must fulfil conditions; with its tag intact(if applicable), unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined duly.
We provide free returns for all items purchased on our website (except Sale items). All returns have to be mailed back to us within 14 calendar days from date of despatch. A credit note will be issued to customer upon successful receipt of the returned item. Credit notes issued are valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit Notes issued can only be utilized in one transaction, depending on the quantity issued, any excess amount will not be refunded.
All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided. Le Chic shall not be held liable for any cases of lost mail, hence customer is to exercise discretion in taking which method of mailing to mail back the item. Registered postage is strongly recommended.
Please note that all returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. LeChic reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
All returns/exchanges will be dealt with only through mailing.
All returns are final and any further requests will be denied.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED
We apologise if an incorrect/defective item has been sent to you. Please email us and we would assist to process the order immediately.
In the unlikely case of a defective/incorrect item sent, all costs of mailing shall be reimbursed by LeChic. Defective/incorrect items would be exchanged one-to-one with a correct and brand new piece. If in the event the exact item is out of stock, a cash refund would be issued to you.
LeChic reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect. If, upon stringent checks, we find that the item does not qualify as a defect, customer would have to proceed with return as per our returns policy stated above.
CASH REFUNDS / CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Please note that all orders that are confirmed and paid on our website, are deemed to be FINAL, and are strictly non-amendable and non-refundable after paid and confirmed.
Our store operates on a strictly no refund policy. No cash refunds would be entertained under any grounds of cancellation / wrongful transfer of funds. No cancellation of order after paid is allowed. All orders are deemed as confirmed and final after paid and no refunds would be entertained.
The only scenario whereby a cash refund would be done would be for defective items whereby the store does not have a replacement item for. For defective items that were purchased on credit, the same credit would be returned to them and no cash refund would be done in that case as well.
