Order Processing Time

Please note that regardless of Standard Courier or Express Courier selected, all orders are subject to Order Processing Time of 1 - 3 working days.

The difference is in the timeframe it takes courier to make the deliver - 1 - 3 days for standard courier, next day for next day courier after we have despatched your order to the courier.

STANDARD COURIER (1 - 3 working days)

All parcels are being despatched via doorstep courier service now.

Standard courier is charged at a fixed flat rate.  This mode of delivery offers a tracking number.  All orders are despatched to our courier partners for mailing.  You can expect to receive your parcel 1 - 3 working days starting from the day AFTER your order has been despatched to our courier partner.  

To obtain your tracking number after receiving shipping notification, please log in to your account on the top right hand side of the page.  After logging in, hover your mouse over My account, a dropdown menu will appear, please select Order History, view under Remarks.  Please note that tracking numbers are updated in 1 - 3 working days after order despatch.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We deliver internationally.  Simply proceed to check out and select your country of residence from the dropdown list, and the international airmail rate would be automatically calculated for you.  All rates are based on Aramex international shipping rates.  Shipping is free to Malaysia for orders above S$150.
