All Branded Labels under AUSOCHIC range will not be eligible for free shipping to Malaysia. Due to the unpredictability of overseas shipping costs due to global situation (fuel surcharge is currently at 46.5% and changing every month), we may have to collect top ups for shipping to international customers or cancel your orders. The bill from the shipping company can be produced and any excess amount made can be refunded to you.

We only take a small labour/concierge fee for the sale of branded labels, to keep the sale price lowest to the customer. Therefore, returns due to change of mind are not allowed. As these are one-size-fits-all items that would not come with sizing issues like apparels, under no circumstances would requests due to change of mind be accepted. Also, brand box inclusions are not included to keep the prices the lowest.
